Season plan and goal assessment- plan your training for an entire season presented in a comprehensive excel document with monthly focus and emphasis towards your major goal –  $70
Training review – analyses of your training block with a customized document to allow you to see your gains and areas for improvement. ( highly recommended) $40

KiwiGym:
